1. Goforth Group started in 1988 as a boutique commercial real estate development, consulting, brokerage and property management firm with offices in downtown Chicago. Quickly growing to a firm with national clients and services, Goforth Group brings over 30 years of real estate experience and expertise to every project. We provide a "both win" approach to help all parties maximize their time, money and opportunities. With over 100 years of combined experience , we pride ourselves and are passionate about our focus on and ability to exceed customer, partner and tenant expectations.
2. We have an "A" team assembled that coordinates each team member's expertise. We help assure all development issues are properly addressed from the initial project, to implementation and exit strategies. Our team provides creative and viable solutions to any challenges and issues that arise.
